We meet our food safety and quality responsibilities and have implemented Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems as part of our quality assurance system. The implementation is guided by scientific evidence of risks to human health. Our HACCP system is science based and systematic and identifies specific hazards for their control to ensure the safety of products we develop. We apply HACCP throughout the production chain from raw material to final product. Our quality system focuses on prevention rather than relying mainly on end-product testing.
